Sara has not shown any interest in acting yet - Saif Ali Khan

Once star kids grow up, clamour for their entry into Bollywood gathers momentum. And if they happen to be good-looking, it's a given that they will soon be the torchbearers of their family’s legacy. Of late, it's Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara who has attracted a lot of media attention especially at Ambani’s party where Sara made her ramp debut for designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. One look at her and it was not hard to tell that the young girl had inherited her mom (Amrita Singh) and dad’s amazing good looks. Soon speculations about Sara getting into Bollywood started doing the rounds. But Papa Saif denied any such development and told us that she is happy studying for the moment. “Sara has just completed her first year of university from America. After getting her degree from Columbia, she can do whatever she wants. I think she wants to work in some form of government agency. She is a political science major so I don’t know if she will do movies,” said Saif. When asked if she has shown any special inclination towards joining Bollywood, Saif said, “No. She has not really shown any interest in movies yet. She just take it as a compliment when people say that she should be in movies. She gets excited by the idea but what she is doing now has nothing to do with films." Saif also stressed that he will support her in all her future endeavours that she would like to embark on after completing her education. “Sara is a lot like me. I like to give my kids a lot of space and don’t interfere much in their lives. I will support her in whatever she wants to do in life,” said Saif. Now that’s what we call a doting and responsible father.
