Shah Rukh Khan's rapist driver sent to police custody

Shah Rukh Khan's driver Rajendrakumar Gautam, who was arrested for allegedly raping a minor, has been sent to police custody till 1 July. Gautam, who was arrested yesterday by the Bandra police, has been charged under the stringent sections of rape and also under sexual offences act against minors. Gautam is alleged to have raped a minor maid employed at actress Sangita Bijalani's house. Gautam lured the minor on the pretext of getting her employed at SRK's house. The alleged incident occurred on 20th June when Gautam took the victim to a lodge in Nalasopara and raped her there. The victim later lodged a complaint after reaching Mumbai. Hailing from Latur, the victim has been left deeply traumatized after the episode. The police meanwhile said that investigations are on and they are in the process of acquiring more evidence to bolster the case of the prosecution.
