MUMBAI : Nadiya Moidu is one of the biggest names down South. She has been in the industry for the past many years, and the current generation would know her as I.G.Geetha Prabhakar from the Drushyam series (Telugu remake of Drishyam). The actress was recently seen in Sony LIV’s Wonder Women which has received a good response.

Are you open to doing Hindi films now?
Of course, it’s not like I didn’t want to do it. I was busy earlier and at that time it was going well in the South. So, whatever I was doing, I was doing it happily. But, of course, if some interesting Hindi project comes my way, I will definitely do it.
Tell us something about your upcoming projects…
I have not taken anything new as of now. I have one more project that has to be released on OTT. We have a very well-known script writer called M. T. Vasudevan Nair, he is a legend. From his short stories, the makers have taken 10, and every celebrated actor is a part of the anthology. There’s Mammootty, Mohanlal, and the one that I am doing is with Fahadh Faasil. New projects will only start post-January.
Is Drushyam 3 happening?
Who knows? The way it has ended there might be a Drushyam 3. It was a fantastic script that touched people across states, and I was really lucky to have gotten that character.
