MUMBAI : Pushpa 2 has become the most anticipated movie of the year and Allu Arjun is all set to rule the theatres once again from 5th December onwards. The trailer of the movie was launched in Patna and it is a fascinating thing to observe how a South movie star has his wings spreading all the way to North.
Going from city to city, the makers finally arrived in Mumbai for a promotional event where the makers and the cast of the movie interacted with the audience and raised the hype even more.
At the event, Allu Arjun was shown the first poster of the movie and seeing the same, the actor had an interesting story to tell about the reason behind the first poster.
Allu Arjun said, “We shot Pushpa 1 with a different look. We shot as if he is a rich guy and all those scripts…we shot all that, we finished the photo shoot and it came out well but Sukumar garu is feeling uneasy like ‘nai yeh nai’ not this. I said ‘why? We finished the entire photo shoot and we’re gonna release the film and now you are telling me it is not worth it?’ He said ‘yeah, I wanna give a shocker. I said ‘What shocker?’ He said ‘I want you to dress up like a lady’ I said ‘what! Are you crazy?’ Then he explained to me what he is looking at and then we worked around it and then we did 2, 3 couple of shoots. The first shoot failed, the second test shoot failed, in the third one we got the beat, and then I knew what my genius maverick Sukumar garu was looking at and that (pointing out at the first look) is pure genius idea.”
We can surely see the creativity and the hard work that everyone has put into the making of the film.
