Really! Did you know Dasara actress Keerthy Suresh was going to make her Bollywood debut with THIS film?

MUMBAI : Keerthy Suresh is one of the biggest names down South. She has been a part of Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam movies, and her next release is Dasara which is basically a Telugu film, but it will be dubbed and released in various languages like Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Keerthy’s career got a big boost with the film Mahanati for which she also won multiple awards including National Award for Best Actress. After Mahanati was released, Keerthy had become the talk of the town because of her amazing performance, and she was also offered a Bollywood film which she initially agreed to do but later opted out of it.

The actress was offered Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan and reportedly she had also shot for a schedule. However, she opted out of the movie due to date issues. Well, it would have been a big Bollywood debut for Keerthy, but she is no longer a part of the project. Later, The Family Man actress Priyamani was roped in for the movie.

Well, Maidaan has not yet seen the light of day. Due to the pandemic, the film has been getting postponed time and again. It was supposed to release in February this year, but has now been postponed to May.

Meanwhile, apart from Dasara, Keerthy Suresh has Bhola Shankar, Maamannan, Siren, and Revolver Rita lined up. It will be interesting to see if with Dasara, Keerthy will become a pan-India star or not. Pushpa surely did wonders for Rashmika, now let’s see what response Keerthy will get with Dasara.
