Aman finally comes out of coma. Anjali feels overjoyed seeing him alive and well. During Aman’s coma period, Anjali has realized how much she loves Aman and so, now that Aman has come out of coma, she confesses her feelings to him. Even though it is then revealed to be a dream sequence, seeing Aman and Anjali hug, Abhay feels angry.
As an impulsive move, Abhay goes to Ginni and wins her heart with a confession of love. Even though his confession is fake. He only does this to stay close to Anjali so one day, when the time is right, he can win Anjali’s heart and push out Aman.
