MUMBAI :SAB TV is out with an amazing show by Peninsula Pictures, Alibaba - Dastaan-E-Kabul. The show is inspired by the popular story of Alibaba and the forty thieves and has enough buzz around it. Recently, Abhishek Nigam reprised the lead role of Alibaba on the show.

The premise of the show is simple, and so far, the story that we have been told is that in the Mamuli Gali of Kabul, Ali Baba lives with five orphans, Gulrez, Himaad, Poya, Nafi, and Alifi. Despite being poor, Ali Baba is a very good person at heart who is unaware of his destiny and talent.

Previously, Simsim disguises herself as a local from Parwaz and enters Ali’s celebration where she makes the people of Parwaz eat contaminated food and they start falling ill. Ali is tensed while Simsim disguises herself as Roshni and plans to take Talisman from Ali.
Roshni, Ali and Marjeena are worried as Iblis returns and Simsim is on cloud nine. Roshni, through magic, throws Ali into a new world. Ali is confused and feels someone is around him and watching him.

Further in the show, Roshni threatens Iblis and Simsim that they will have to pay for their deeds as Ali will be back to save her. Hatim and Ali come face to face.

Later, Iblis instructs one of his people Nas Nas to find Ali wherever he is on this earth and present Ali in front of him.

Eventually, Nas Nas finds Ali and informs him that Iblis will rejoice in having found Ali. Nas Nas does some magic, and Ali falls unconscious.

Now, Iblis gets hold of Ali and attacks him. He tells Ali that he will take back whatever belongs to him and tries to kill Ali.
