MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Vanraj learning of Kavya’s infedility.
Recently, Anupama brings Malti Devi to the house against Anuj's wish.
Anuj feels restless as Malti Devi calls him beta and wants him to call her mother.
Therefore, when Anupama begins to dig into Malti Devi's past, the story takes an unexpected turn as here Leela suddenly faints in the Shah House.
Later in the storyline, Anupama will find out that Malti Devi is Anuj's real mother.
However, what is more intriguing is that Leela has some connection with Malti Devi's past and the story is now going to take an interesting turn.
