It appears that Ishaani will become jealous and insecure when she learns that Mahi is deeply in love with Prem and that Prem is showing interest in Rahi.
Soon, Ishaani will let Pakhi know about it, thus the mother-daughter team will be spotted plotting against Mahi Rahi and Prem. They will cause Rahi Mahi and Prem to have a major misunderstanding that will destroy their entire relationship.
Mahi, who loved Prem with all of her heart and intellect, will be the one most impacted since she won't realize that her love is simply one-sided and that Prem truly loves Rahi.
On the other hand, Anupama is unaware of the romantic triangle that is occurring right in front of her.
