Previously, Rajat tries to explain his relationship with Lavanya to Baani but she rushes out of the house in pouring rain. Poonam calls Baani to tell her that Rajat has let go of his business to study for CA. The Police arrive at the Khanna house claiming that Baani is a thief! Lavanya shows up again in Rajat's life.
Later, Baani receives a message about her stock market profits just as Mannat enters the room. Lavanya requests Rajat that they should be friends now, and let go of the awkwardness.
Further, Rajat asks Baani to swear on him and reveal where she got the money from. As Baani confesses to investing in the share market, Bishan fumes with anger!
Now, Bishan announces that if Baani can’t follow the rules of the Khanna house, she doesn’t deserve to live there!
