Lakshmi gets arrested and even though Ayush tries his best to stop the arrest, he fails.
Later, Neelam warns everyone to stay away from the matter and not to save Lakshmi.
Even Shalu is sent back empty-handed as no one supports her to help Lakshmi.
Ayush feels guilty and decides to stand up for Lakshmi all by himself so he joins Shalu in the police station where he faces her wrath as no one supported her.
Seeing her pain and helplessness, Ayush consoles her and apologizes on behalf of his family.
He even promises Shaalu that Rishi will help Lakshmi and if not then he will do anything to get Lakshmi out.
Seeing Ayush's love, respect, and care for Lakshmi, Shalu gets impressed and thanks him.
