MUMBAI: Star Plus show Anupamaa is a one of a kind show and the audience cannot have enough of the drama.
Right from the inception of the show, people have enjoyed the drama featuring Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma and Rupali Ganguly in the lead roles. The show started off by narrating a tale about Anupamaa, who parts with her ambitions and goals in a bid to raise her family, feels dejected when she fails to get any credit for her sacrifices and trials. She then decides to live on her own terms.

It was earlier seen that Anuj hides another secret from Anupama and she asks him to open up when he wants to and does not force him. Anupama feels Malvika's past will not be a big issue and she reveals her own past.
Anupama reveals how she caught Vanraj cheating on her and she gets teary-eyed recalling the day.
Anupama learns about Malvika's tragic past where she used to get beaten by her husband whom Anuj got her married. Anuj reveals that he made the biggest mistake of his life by getting her married to an abuser and he learns that she is taking depression tablets for the same.
Further, we will see Anupama will stand in support of Malvika and help her overcome the depression.
