MUMBAI: The wedding rituals of Sai-Virat and Rajeev-Shivani continue.
And now, the newlyweds prep for their last wedding ritual post which they can start their married life.
The ritual includes the bride taking up her husband's name and surname.
While Shivani takes up Rajeev's name and surname, Sai also happily takes Virat's name and surname by calling her Sai Virat Chavan.
Virat is extremely happy and touched seeing Sai's gesture as he did not expect her to do this. Virat always believed in equality.
But Sai told her that she is doing it of her own will.
Paakhi is seeing all this and she burns with jealously.
Furthermore, after the pandit announces that the ceremony is done, Virat stops him.
Virat declares that he will also take Sai's name. He reveals that from now onwards he will use Virat Sai Chavan as his full name.
Bhavani is irked seeing this and gets extremely angry. She shouts at Virat for creating new rituals which are not ethical.
Virat tries to explain her but she is adamant. Bhavani tells Virat what his father Ninad will think if he will drop his middle name.
But he already has planned everything.
Virat will make a video call to Ninad where he will tell him that Virat already took his permission for the same and he is very happy about it.
Bhavani and Omi are shocked to see this.
Ninad will give his blessings to Sai and Virat and also to Shivani and Rajeev.
He will also tell Ashwini that she should support Virat and Sai in this.
This is how Virat fulfills his wish.
