Shockingly, Sarabjit names the hospital as Choti Sardarni, honouring Meher.
Sarabjit feels proud of Meher as she has always supported his family fearlessly.
Sarabjit states that his family is intact, all thanks to Meher just like his grandmother did.
Hence, Sarabjit tags Meher as Choti Sardarni and asks Harleen to make Meher wear the Choti Sardarni necklace.
Harleen gets upset with this change as she was expecting her name instead.
