MUMBAI : Colors presents Durga, a tale of a tribal girl who defies social expectations to follow her love for the royal heir Anurag and become a doctor, despite opposition from strong tribal woman Paani Bai.
Starring Pranali Rathod as Durga, Indira Krishnan as Paani Bai, and Aashay Mishra as Anurag, and produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, the show is set in Jodhpur, the story follows Durga, a tribal girl aspiring to become a doctor.

Anurag tells Rajesh and his men that Durga will come with him only and that he won't want their help in taking Durga to the mansion. He tells them that he is aware of his duties.
Rajesh and his men tell him that he was only telling him and that it is his wish to do as they urge him to leave. From then, Anurag and Durga leave, and Durga feels upset.
The Story Takes an Interesting turn when Anurag asks Durga whether she is upset with whatever has happened to which she tells him that she is not because she knows where she stands.
Vikram is convinced by Pani Bai to humiliate Savitri for hurting her and tells Savitri that he won't accept anyone saying a word against her and he will always stand by her for everything that she has done for them.
We will see in the upcoming episodes that Pani Bai and Durga will ruin the Rajvadi family for whatever was done to them, but Anurag will be their bait. They wish to end the family.
