MUMBAI : Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings.
These days, the show's track focuses quite an interesting narrative on Anupama and Anuj's post-marriage life. The entire story has a big twist, with Adhik and Pakhi's marriage, and how the family is coping with the big change.
In the previous episode, we saw how Bapuji takes a stand for Anupama and tells her that it is high time that she takes care of her family instead of concentrating on the Shah family.
In the upcoming episode, since the new year has begun, Anupama decides to surprise Anuj with a date. She decorates the house and waits for him to come back from work.

The moment he comes back, she runs and hugs him, but will then notice that someone is standing at the door. She will be taken by surprise and shock.
It will be interesting to see who this new person in Anuj and Anupama’s life is. There seems to be some connection with Anupama because she got scared on seeing him.
