MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is most loved for its unconventional storyline. The show stars Sargun Kaur Luthra as Dr. Preesha Srinivasan and Abrar Qazi as Rudraksh Balraj Khurana, the lead characters.
The show is currently on a dramatic tangent. 'Yeh Hai Chahatein' is about a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who falls in love while raising his brother's son, Saransh, together.
Preesha and Rudra have met after a five-year leap, but fate has a different plan for them.
