MUMBAI: After losing their baby, Sai and Virat are trying to overcome this loss which they are going to deal with for the rest of their lives.
Sai and Virat want to move on and concentrate on their work rather than cry over the same. However, Bhavani has decided to take control of this matter. She goes to meet Sai and Virat and tells them to accompany her to a doctor.

It was earlier seen that Virat and Sai are much depressed with back-to-back losses in their family. This time Bhavani finally learns the fact that not Sai but Pakhi is the real bad omen to the house. Bhavani bursts out at Pakhi for killing the little heir of their family.
Now Virat and Sai have two options that is adoption or surrogacy. Sai decides to make Pakhi as their surrogate mother.
In the upcoming track, Virat and Sai begin to dream of their coming baby where they make many plans. On the other hand, Pakhi is seen as pregnant carrying Virat's baby.
