In the upcoming episode, Sai will find out about Virat's health condition from Pulkit and will be shocked to know that Virat's heart has been pierced by a nail during the landmine blast and now he needs a surgery.
Sai gets worried as the surgery might lead to a critical heart functioning as the nail pierced is very close to his heart's main artery.
Sai will break down in tears and weep in pain praying for his recovery.
On the other side, the doctors will get worried about arranging the injection for Virat.
