MUMBAI: After losing their baby, Sai and Virat are trying to overcome this loss which they are going to deal with for the rest of their lives.
Sai and Virat want to move on and concentrate on their work rather than cry over the same. However, Bhavani has decided to take control of this matter. She goes to meet Sai and Virat and tells them to accompany her to a doctor.

As seen so far, the doctor informs Sai that she can never become a mother which shatters Virat who is already suffering from the loss of his brother Samrat and his unborn child. Now, Bhavani asks the doctor if there is any way that Sai can become a mother again to which the doctor says that she can either adopt a child or via surrogacy.
Sai excitedly informs Virat about it and asks which way will he prefer which he says he is against both the ways. Meanwhile, Patralekha prepares for her last game to separate Virat and Sai forever.
