Earlier, due to Pakhi’s manipulation, Geeta steps back from being the surrogate mother and Pakhi doesn't even let her call Sai to let her know.

Pakhi loses all her chances to become the surrogate mother of Virat and Sayi’s child. Though Sai and Virat choose Geeta for the surrogacy, here Pakhi one last time plays her dirty game and thus makes Geeta step back. So, this ruins everything because when Sai comes to take Geeta to the hospital, here Pakhi’s men attack her. Therefore, Sai falls into a big danger when one of the men smashes a rod on her head and she faints unconsciously on the road.
