MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the top shows and is always doing well with the ratings. The show has been attracting audiences for a long time now. The show recently took a major leap after Imlie and Atharva, played by Megha Chakraborty and Karan Vohra respectively, passed away. As their deaths introduced a time leap, the new Imlie, played by Adrija Roy, has entered to win everyone’s heart.

Earlier, Pallo takes care of Imlie and other girls but controls them all and treats them like animals.
When Pallo finds Imlie and the other girls having fun in public, she comes and slaps Imlie, telling her to be in her limit.
Pallo sends Imlie and the other girls back to the bar.
Now, Agastya comes to the bar where Imlie dances to earn her living. While leaving, Agastya throws money at her and tells her to collect it from the floor as that is her level but this doesn’t go well with Imlie.
As Agastya is about to leave, Imlie decides to speak up and take a stand, not just for herself but for every woman who sings and dances to earn their living.
When points out to Agastya how he has disrespected Devi Maa, Agastya clarifies that he was insulting her (Imlie) instead. When Imlie tries to defend her work, Agastya tells how a dancer is defending her work and talking about respect.
Imlie gives a befitting reply to Agastya by pointing out how men like him come to the bars to see girls like her sing and dance. Agastya goes to break a bottle but Imlie stops him while the crowd stops them both and takes them away.
