With a plot full of drama and humor, Jamai No. 1 follows the unusual journey of Neel Paranjape, a charming and funny character who will change family dynamics in his own unique and vivacious way after becoming the jamai of the Chotwani family.

Previously, during the Haldi sequence, Neel’s family will have no idea whose haldi it is and that he is going to become a ghar jamai.
THey will suddenly reach Riddhi’s house. THey will have a nasty fight.
Riddhi will try to pacify Neel’s family.
Now, Neel rushes to stop his parents from going to Riddhi's house.
He does this so Kanchan doesn't tell them about his agreement to become the ghar jamai.
