MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Aniruddha and Jhanak show up at the same jewelry store to buy Appu a gift. This is an important store because Aniruddha had previously purchased a present for Jhanak there.
They are both surprised to see each other. Misinterpreting the circumstances, the store clerk believes they are surprising one another. But when he asks them about it, they become ashamed.
When they're done shopping, Aniruddha offers to give Jhanak a ride. Jhanak, on the other hand, would rather not be around the man who disregarded their child. They are standing at the mall when their disagreement resurfaces.
Aniruddha is adamant that Jhanak's pregnancy could not have resulted from their interaction. However, Jhanak charges him with making a conscious effort to block those memories out. She promises once more to pursue justice for her child and to show that Aniruddha is the father.
She makes assertions, but Aniruddha rejects them and begs her to put a stop to their argument. He tells her that they will wreck one other's lives if they go on. Unfazed, Jhanak walks off in rage, determined to protect her baby's identity. The police will arrive at Appu's wedding to arrest Jhanak
