MUMBAI : Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Jhanak tells Anirudh that he must give his child his rights and won't let him go unless he agrees, at which point he says he won't accept the baby under any circumstances.
Jhanak decides to stay back for both reasons after Appu tells her about her marriage. Bablu and Ajanta are happy about it. They wanted her to return home.

When Arshi calls her mother repeatedly, she replies that she will be there for her and that she is leaving the Bose House. She is asked to stay back by Anirudh, who claims that Jhanak is lying.
When Shristi confronts him there, he defends himself. They both push him to file a formal complaint against Jhanak in a bold act.
