Currently, Anirudh was upset at Jhanak for humiliating him for expressing his feelings to her. Although Jhanak is pushing Anirudh away from her only for his and Arshi’s happiness as he doesn’t want to come in between them but Anirudh has misunderstood her.
Anirudh believes that Jhanak is insulting him and his love thus has decided to make her realise of her mistake and seek revenge for his insult. In the upcoming episodes we will see that Anirudh will ignore Jhanak and her wounds and will pretend to hate her from the core.
