MUMBAI: A lot of new shows are in the pipeline and will soon go on the floors. Some are all set for launches in the coming days.
Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma.
According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.
The show will be produced by DJ’s – A Creative Unit, which have been active in the industry for more than 20 years, and has been the name behind some of the biggest shows like ‘Just Mohabbat’, ‘Left Right Left’, ‘Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin’, ‘Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi’, ‘Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahan’, ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’, ‘Chotti Bahu’, ‘Sumit Sambhal Lega’, and more.
Kavya has moved on from her past relationship and has now met a lot of new friends on her way to become an IAS Officer.
However, it seems as if Kavya's past isn't ready to leave her and it keeps dragging itself into her life.
Kavya has surely made an enemy out of Giriraj and Shubh as they both are the type of men who cannot see a woman progressing ahead of them.
So while Giriraj calls her a witch, now Shubh is also not going to stay quiet. Anjali calls Kavya to inform her that Gauri has come to ask for money and the amount is huge.
Later, Shubh calls Kavya and says that she should stop flying for her dreams and that he will make sure she falls down and comes to senses.
Kavya feels heartbroken after getting to know how things have turned out.
