MUMBAI : Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.

Earlier, Kavya looked for evidence to prove Adhiraj's innocence. Adiraj faced molestation charges on his party worker under the influence of alcohol. Although Adiraj was pleading that he had not done anything, all the evidence was against him and it was really easy to prove that he was guilty.
Following the same, Kavya struggled to prove Adiraj’s innocence. She had not only shown her trust in him but also fought with the whole world for him.
In the upcoming episode, Adhiraj will tell Kavya that the lawyer will come and will ask if she'll stay with him, to which Kavya responds affirmatively. However, when Kavya expresses her determination to prove Adhiraj's innocence in front of Badi Amma, she will get worried that Kavya might disrupt her carefully laid plans.
Kavya and Adhiraj will head to meet the lawyer, with Badi Amma following them. Kavya will reassure Badi Amma that she will handle everything and urges her to go for her prayer time, but Badi Amma refuses and will insist that Adhiraj needs her now. Despite Amma's insistence, Kavya will send Badi Amma off to perform her prayers.
