MUMBAI: Sony TV's show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya's struggles to find a balance between her personal and professional lives for Adi, despite everyone putting obstacles in her way.

Previously, Adiraj has changed a lot in these nine months and will be seen giving Kavya divorce papers. He will also get Kavya arrested in Omi’s murder case as the family feels that Kavya is behind Omi’s death.

In the upcoming episode, Adhiraj informs Kavya that his sole purpose in life is to see her in jail. In response, Kavya challenges Adhiraj, asserting that he will ultimately prove her innocence and will accept her wholeheartedly.

Later, Adhiraj tells his lawyer, giving him a strict deadline of 24 hours to prevent the judge from granting Kavya an extension of bail.
