It was earlier seen that Virat and Sai get married where Bhavani keeps a condition before Sai that if she gets married then she will have to quit her medical career.
Sai is not ready for it but Virat seeks time from Sai.
This time Sai trusts Virat and gives time to him and at the same time also gets married to him.
Now the time comes for name change ritual post marriage.
Sai is ready to change her name and makes it Sai Virat Chavhan.
