MUMBAI : Star Plus has ventured into unexplored territory. Star Plus has arrived with its new show, Maati Se Bandhi Dor, starring Rutuja Bagwe and Ankit Gupta in lead roles. Rutuja Bagwe will be seen essaying the roles of Vaijanati (Vaiju) and Ankit Gupta to portray the character of Rannvijay in the show Maati Se Bandhi Dor.

We've seen in earlier episodes how Jaikant's decision to burn Vaiju's house on fire transformed her life.
Vaiju and Kaveri are still in shock over the loss of their mother Durga and the death of Jaya, which completely destroyed their family.
Vaiju was forced to sell her farm because of the overwhelming medical debts Jaya had.
We will see in the next episodes that Vaiju intends to move to her Aaji's hometown in order to find work because she needs to provide for her family.
