MUMBAI: Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya has been ruling the hearts and charts from the time of its launch. The show has constantly been on the top position and has kept the viewers hooked with its high-end drama and the chemistry of lead couple Karan and Preeta, played by Dheeraj Dhoopar and Shraddha Arya respectively.

We hear that Mahira will cut her wrist in order to get Karan’s love and stop the ceremony. Everyone in the family will get panicked and rush her to the hospital.
