When Surendar realizes that he has taken money from Manoj, he gets panicked and looks for the money to pay off his debts.
Megha asks him to stop what he is doing and asks him not to do so. He says he can no longer stand by and watch her suffer as a result of his circumstances.
When Megha tells him that he is not a failed father, to which he responds that he is and that is why she is suffering, the story takes an intriguing turn.

Manoj tricks Arjun and then uses that strategy to walk away from the trouble. Arjun is shocked when he is unable to capture him.
