As per the track, Nia and Kabir had a tough time, and Swara is totally against Nia. 

Swara speaks ill of Nia. Unable to take it anymore, Kabir finally speaks against Swara. 

Kabir asks Swara to not speak against Nia as she is going through tough times. 

Swara is puzzled and shocked to know that Nia loves Kabir.
