MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor's popular supernatural show Naagin 5 is all set to entertain viewers from 9 August.
The fifth season will start on high note with Hina Khan, Mohit Malhotra and Dheeraj Dhoopar playing pivotal cameo in the show. Eventually, the show will star Surbhi Chandna playing the female protagonist.
Talking about the storyline, Sarvashrestha Adi Naagin (Hina) will be in love with Naag Hriday (Mohit) but even before their love story could reach its happy ending, destiny rips them apart. At the same time, Cheel Aakesh (Dheeraj) obsessively falls for her, but his love remains unrequited and thus begins the tale of love and hatred. While Naagin’s love remains unfulfilled, she swears revenge as her dying wish. In Kalyug, she is reincarnated and this time is determined to fulfill her journey and also avenge the past.
We hear that Aakesh will have an evil intention of snatching away the Naagmani from Sarvashrestha. He will have a major showdown with Sarvashrestha in order to get the hold of Naagmani.
It will be interesting to see if Naagmani will remain with Sarvashrestha or Aakesh will succeed in taking over.
