MUMBAI: Sasural Simar Ka 2 started with Gitanjali Devi entrusting Simar Bhardwaj with the task of finding an ideal bride for her grandson. Simar's quest ends when she meets her namesake, Simar Narayan, who dreams of making it big as a singer.

Previously, we saw an ugly statue has appeared in the house of Oswaal to captivate Aarav. Ahead, Arindam, the husband of Labuni will come to stay with the Oswaal family in terms to kill the Oswal family. He also feels envious of the laudable relationship between Simar and Aarav.
Now, we bring you an exclusive update that in the upcoming episode, Simar will explain to the family that Charulata gave birth to twins named Masoomi and Gunjan. Before the family, Giri acknowledges his error.
Gitanjali is ashamed and shocked at her son's mistakes. Simar draws attention to Masoomi's predicament, describing how she was overlooked despite being deserving and how she had lost both her mother and sister. They will make another error if they dismiss Masoomi once more. Gajendra concurs with her assertion and requests that she keep Masoomi.
