MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Abhimanyu and Akshara are winning hearts with their love.
Abhimanyu asks Aarohi to look after a patient. That boy tells her that he saw her near the temple when he was going there with his mother. Aarohi gets scared hearing this. The kid reveals that his mother also saw her near the accident. When Abhimanyu tries to enquire about it Aarohi makes an excuse.
Akshara takes Abhimanyu for the photoshoot, but abhi jaisa call for an emergency surgery and he leaves. Akshara calls Kairav and updates him that they will get late, on the other hand, Vansh reveals that they had to return the lights and other props to his friend. The Goenkas decide to shift the shoot prep at the hospital. When Abhimanyu returns from the surgery he finds Akshara all decked up for the shoot and sees the set up. They finally have an intriguing photoshoot which irks Mahima and Harshvardhan.
At their wedding shoot Akshara invites the same kid at their place and introduces him to the family members. While she takes Aarohi's name the kid reveals that she was the one who did the accident; he tells everything to Akshara and Akshu confronts Aarohi but she runs away. Abhimanyu sees Akshu and Aaru running and follows them. Just then, Abhi meets the investigator and he reveals that there is someone who has the footage but he is demanding money. On the other hand, Akshara and Aarohi bump into Anand and he takes Aarohi for the surgery. When Abhi asks Akshu about them running, she excuses it as Anand's call for Aarohi in the surgery.
In the upcoming episode, Abhimanyu takes Akshara to his cabin to spend some romantic time but Akshara is still stuck in the thoughts of the accident. She finally confronts Aarohi and asks her whether the accident has any connect with Manjari and she agrees. Aarohi then tries to console herself by saying but nobody die, it wasn't intended to which Akshara loses her cool and gives her a tight slap for what she did and late hid it from everyone.
