MUMBAI :Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupamaa and Anuj's post-marriage life. Currently the show revolves around Dimple being molested and Anupamaa trying to help her.

The goons who molested Dimple are not going to leave Anupamaa and her family alone as they continue harassing them.
Dimple will be further affected by the things Anupamaa and her family is suffering and will blame herself for it.
As per sources, dimple will not be able to take it anymore and commit suicide, leaving a suicide note for Anupamaa.
Anupamaa will be devastated by this and feel like she failed to protect a young girl.
