MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the most loved and successful shows on television, being among the top 4 shows when it comes to the BARC ratings. The story has taken a significant turn with Aryan and Imlie’s death and season 2 starting.
Previously, Peter assumes that Imlie is the servant and that Cheeni is Atharva’s wife, but Akash and Kia force the family members to keep quiet and not say anything or else they will lose the deal.
In a shocking turn of events, Cheeni intentionally makes Imlie drop the wine on Leena, because of which Peter insults her.

Because of this, Atharva confronts Cheeni and scolds her for letting Imlie take the insult instead of taking a stand for her.
Later, Atharva ruins Cheeni’s whole conspiracy by taking a stand for Imlie and lashing out at Peter when he crosses the line and pushes her.

Atharva holds onto Imlie and protects her from falling. Atharva gets furious with Peter and smacks him for hurting his wife.
When Peter finds out the truth, he gets shocked.
In the upcoming episode, Peter eventually gets impressed with Imlie’s sanskars and values, and starts hating Cheeni because she disrespects the family values.
