MUMBAI : Right now, the story revolves around Anupama's daughter, Choti Anu, feeling upset because Anupama seems to love Pari more. There's more trouble when Vanraj decides not to include Anupama in Pari's birthday celebration.
To make things better, Kinjal plans a fun day out for Anupama and Choti Anu. But on their way back home, Kinjal talks about missing Anupama after going back to the United States. This upsets Choti Anu, especially when Anupama holds Pari in her lap.
Choti Anu tries to sit closer to Anupama, causing a big problem. Kinjal loses control of the car, and it goes to the edge of a cliff. Now, Anupama has to decide who to save first.

Adding to the real-life drama, Nidhi Shah, who left the show before, returned to shoot her last scenes. Another actor, Asmi Deo, also finished her time on the show.
Sadly, in the story, Kinjal and Choti Anu have a horrible accident. This makes everyone blame Anupama for what happened. Anupama is very sad and faces a big problem. What will happen next, and how will Anupama handle all these sad situations?
