MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. 

The upcoming episode has a lot of drama in store for the viewers. 

Akshara is new in the Birla house and still trying to adjust and cope with everything. 

But Harsh, Mahima, and Anand seem to be least bothered about her adjustments and new beginning. 

Akshara and Abhimanyu are together, but this time, a major clash unfolds over the music therapy department in the Birla hospital. 

Akshara asks Harsh to shut it down and Abhimanyu is hurt.
