Anooj Kapoor, EVP and Business Head of SAB TV is kicked about the new fantasy based show Baal Veer that launches on 8 October 2012. With this, the recently launched show <em>Golmaal Hai Bhai Sab Golmaal Hai</em> which presently holds the 8 PM slot will be moved to the 7.30 PM slot.

Noted theatre actor and TV personality Deven Bhojani, who has portrayed diverse roles in Indian television, entered into the field of production with SAB TV show <em>Bhai Bhaiyya aur Brother</em>. He produced the show in association with Vipul Amrutlal Shah. However, the serial never really put the TRP chart on fire and was pulled off air within months’ of its launch.

It is known that it’s a real difficult task to make people laugh than to make them cry. While other channels have long running soaps that are tearjerkers, SAB TV tries its best to bring mirth in the lives of people. Anooj Kapoor, EVP and Business Head of SAB TV, has been instrumental in taking the channel to a level that is beyond people’s imagination.

15 October was a dreadful day for the cast and crew of Ashwini Dhir's <a href="http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/abbas-biji-pandey-returns-lapataganj/"><em>Lapataganj - Sharad Joshi Ki Kahaniyon Ka Pata,</em></a> a comedy series on SAB. The mighty hand of the Bombay Municipal Corporation came down upon the very lavish set of the show in Malwani, as workers went about demolishing it.
