J W Marriott in Juhu (Mumbai) was bursting with vibrancy, cheer and laughter yesterday on 21 June 2013. The cast and crew of both the past and the present SAB TV shows were present along with SAB TV’s EVP & Business Head, Anooj Kapoor to announce the revamped look of the channel.
All the eminent personalities who are dabbling in comedy gathering under one roof, enlivened the place with positive and mirthful energy. Amidst the jokes and laughter, Anooj took us down the memory lane, right from the inception of the channel to what it is now.
Then came the time for SAB TV’s revamped look to be announced. The upgraded look epitomises a progressive outlook and an enriched experience targeted towards an all-inclusive age group. Featuring bright and lively colours while keeping the brand colours- red and yellow-intact, the feel echoes with positivity, joyfulness and unity.
SAB TV also now presents a bouquet of original offerings with the launch of SAB Ki Sawari (a paid service of SAB TV that will take fans on a tour to the sets of most popular shows of the channel which allows the fans to meet and interact with their favourite actors), SAB Ki Paathshala (touted to be India’s biggest School Programme that aims to engage with the younger audiences by providing them with interactive learning experience), SAB Ke Apps (which boasts of five animated talking characters like SAB Ka Gadha, SAB Ka Gopi, SAB Ka Gulgule, SAB Ka Mama and SAB Ki Jeannie which have been animated from real life characters and are functional on IOS, Android and Windows), SAB Ke Comics (which enables the channel to engage with fans beyond TV and bring them back to watching their favourite shows and characters on SAB TV by cross sampling various shows in a comic book format) and SAB Khelo SAB Jeeto (a unique game show that can be played with the entire family that enables the fans and consumers to participate and win gifts and merchandise).
