<strong>Click on the pic to view slideshow</strong> It’s Valentine’s Day, love is in the air and I could sense it as soon as I entered The Office and was welcomed by the young and handsome couple - the erstwhile television actor Arjun Punj in a pink shirt on jeans and his beautiful wife Gurdip Kohli who had teamed a pair of red narrow pants with a black sleeveless top. Now I am sure you are curious at all the discrepancies in that opening sentence.

Arjun who rose to fame with Sanjeevani is busy with building his Bollywood career. Currently he is doing Kumar Mangat’s<em> 123</em> where he plays the lead. The actor who started his acting career with television feels that now there is less scope of him returning to the small screen.

Arjun Punj, who created waves in <em> Sanjeevani</em> as Dr Aman, has suddenly vanished from television. His last stint was in <em> Saathi Re,</em> where he survived for three months. We called up this lad to know why he has been keeping a low profile these days. “I had been keeping low profile as I don’t want to be loud before finalizing matters. After entering films, I don’t think I’ll be seen in television anymore,” says Arjun.

<em>Saathi Re</em> is all set to introduce a new set of family for Suman (the main protagonist) who will marry Amir Dalvi (Rajiv) in the Star One show. The new Raval family will include the likes of Vandana Pathak (plays mother), Deepak Qazir (father), Prithvi Zutsi, Sadiya Siddique, Tuhina (sister in law), Jyotsna Karyekar(grandmother) and Harsh Vashisht in the happy family. So we asked Vandana Pathak what made her take up the role of a mother in the show.

Arjun Punjj seems to have finally decided to stick to television! He is back as Raj in SaharaOne's <em>Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki</em>, after trying unsuccessfully to gain a footing in Bollywood. "Yes, I am back. I am really happy to be back. I realised how popular the character was. I had gone to Hong Kong recently, and there people recognised me as Raj and asked me to come back on the show. I never wanted to leave, it was just that I had certain issues that have been sorted out now," says Arjun, who has started shooting from 19 December.
