It is time for a social change. Yes, we are talking in perspective of the shameful Delhi gang rape case. And earlier in the day the country and the world rose to disheartening news of the girl breathing his last in the hospital in Singapore where she was being treated. Since then, a wave of protest has engulfed the Capital, Delhi, and also the entire nation.
