The Kerala Government has honoured the Malayali film professionals who shone at the Cannes Film Festival. The cast of the film All We Imagine as Light, which won the Grand Prix award, including Kani Kusruti, Divya Prabha, Hridhu Haroon, and Aziz Nedumangad, were recognised for their achievements.

The actor has been amazing in Malayalam movies, and has acted in movies like 'Cocktail,' 'Shikkar,' 'Biriyaani,' and others. Kani Kusruti used her watermelon purse to make a big political statement at Cannes 2024, and admitted that her Hindi is not that good.

Actor Kani Kusruti, who starred in Payal Kapadia's "All We Imagine as Light" which won the Grand Prix award at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, opened up about the financial struggles she faced when she started out in films.
