Alumbra Entertainment and Eros International release the trailer of Ram Gopal Varma's 'The Attacks of 26/11'

Ram Gopal Varma’s forthcoming directorial venture ‘The Attacks of 26/11’ released its new trailer in an event held at PVR Cinemas. Starring Nana Patekar, the movie is produced by Alumbra Entertainment and Eros International. Director Ram Gopal Varma and the producers were present for the launch of the trailer. The two minute long trailer provides an insight of 26/11, when 9 trained terrorists held Mumbai hostage for 60 hours spreading terror in the city. The promo hits hard and Ram Gopal Varma’s camera angles provide an edge to it.

Manisha Koirala wants to do select projects with people she gets along well with

Veteran Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala, who debuted with the 1992 made film Saudagar, is back after a long hiatus in Ram Gopal Varma’s Bhoot Returns. The flick is a sequel to the hit 2003 horror film <em>Bhoot</em>, that starred Urmila atondkar and Ajay Devgn. Talking about her character, Manisha says, “I play a modern mother who does not believe in supernatural, ghosts etc. And hence when such experiences affect her own daughter, it gets very difficult for her to accept the same.”

John Abraham vouches to produce Satya sequel

After the success of Vicky Donor, John Abraham is looking out for projects that would not only enhance his name as a producer but will also endear him to the audience as a reputed filmmaker. Recently, when he heard that Ram Gopal Varma was toying with the idea to make a sequel of his film <em>Satya</em>, he contacted the director evincing a keen interest to produce it. Ram Gopal Varma making Bhoot sequel in 3D

Known for his acumen at making horror films, Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) has decided to make a sequel of his 2003 film <em>Bhoot</em>. However, this time around, his ploy is to bank more on content rather than relying on stars. Varma has signed a relatively unknown six-year-old girl, Alayna, to play the lead of his film. Confirming the news, RGV says, “Yes, Alayna is playing the protagonist while Manisha Koirala would be playing her mother.”
