Actor Vikrant Massey’s 12th Fail, which narrates the life story of Manoj Kumar Sharma, who overcame poverty to become an IPS officer, is heading to Shanghai Film Festival for a special screening. After the worldwide success of Vidhu Vinod Chopra's inspiring drama, the film will be screened at the closing night of the festival on Sunday.
