Today is the 61st birthday of Shivaji Rao Gaikwad. Well, if you don’t know who we are talking about, then you are up for a great trouble. How can someone not know Rajni “demi-God” kanth. He is the one who turned down the offer to act in the flick <em>Mission Impossible</em> for he did not like the title. Everything is possible with Rajnikanth (okay, we just coined in one of the numerous Rajni jokes. Time’s up).

TV actors walk for justice

When Neeraj Grover murder trial began on October 16, 2008, hardly anyone would have foreseen that the Indian judiciary will allow someone who has chopped a human body into pieces to be let off so easily. A Mumbai court on Friday sentenced Maria Susairaj and her boyfriend Emile Jerome, an ex-navy officer, to three and ten years of rigorous imprisonment respectively. However, the judiciary allowed Maria to walk free as she had already completed three years in jail.

You can call him ‘Bad’ or ‘Dangerous’, but still he was the most loved and adored pop star all across the globe. Indeed, we are talking about Michael Joseph Jackson, the one and only ‘King of Pop’ who mesmerised the world with his cult moon walking dance steps. The legend’s magic was such that there is hardly anyone who has not been inspired by the genius’ work. The entire world came to a standstill when MJ suffered a cardiac arrest and breathed his last on June 25, 2009 creating a void in the musical world that can never be filled.
