Smriti Irani has a huge fan following. The actress-turned-politician and Union Minister is now grabbing eyeballs for her stunning transformation.

The onscreen mother-daughter duo reunited recently and we wonder if there could be a throwback as major and as good as this one.

Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi is a phenomenal actor and currently a part of Zee TV's Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti. In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com, he opened up on his personal life, favourites and his career aspirations.

Smriti Irani is all set to produce a family drama for Zee Telefilms Ltd. The actor-producer has produced <em> Thodi Si Zameen Thoda sa Aasmaan</em> on Star Plus (status: Off-air), <em>Virrudh</em> on Sony (status: to go off-air) and <em> Mere Apne</em> on 9X. Smriti is also producing a comedy show <em> Bai Bole Toh Gangu Bai</em> for Zee Tv. This will be her second stint with Zee. The serial will be a family drama and the director and title of the show is yet to be announced. The production house and the channel at present are busy with the casting of the actors for the show.

Smriti Irani has stepped into new territory again. After appearing on Sony and 9X, the soap queen will now be making her debut on Zee TV. Smriti will be seen in <em> Teen Bahuraaniyan.</em> Speaking on her entry, Smriti says, "I am an avid viewer of Paresh Rawal's show. So when the role was offered, I jumped at it. This character has a lot of dimensions to it and is pivotal to the plot."

Aashka Goradia is on cloud nine. After Smriti's <em> Virrudh</em> on Sony, the pretty actress has bagged a plum role in <em> Mere Apne</em> on 9X. Happy with this arrangement she wants to stay on with Ugraya Entertainment (Smriti's production company) for some time now. We caught her in a very cheerful and upbeat mood. We slowly discover it is her birthday. Tellychakkar wishes her a great year. In the interview that follows Aashka chats up issues close to her heart.

Sanjeet Bedi is on a go- slow trip. The two dailies on hand <em> Virrudh</em> and <em> Jersey No. 10</em> are quite a handful for Sanjeet Bedi. The handsome hunk is a content actor and in fact is taking time off to do a rethink on the kind of work he is doing. Talking on his current projects Sanjeet says he is satisfied with his work in the two dailies but wants to go slow and think about the kind of work he takes up in future.

Achint Kaur, one of the most high profile vamps on the small screen took a break from <em> Kyunki</em> and <em>Kahaani</em>to join Smriti Irani's<em>Virrudh</em>. But now, after almost a year, the enigmatic actress is coming back as Pallavi in <em> Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii</em>. "I can't talk much about it. All I can say is that I'll pose a different and a fresh look in the show. Ekta wanted my character back with a bang. I'm looking forward to being a part of the show," says a thrilled Achint.
